Taking a Natural Capital Approach: New video published by Natural Course

Using a natural capital approach to understand and value the benefits to society from the natural environment has gained momentum and grown in prominence over the past few years.

It has been a significant area of focus for Natural Course over both Phases 3 and 4 of our work, and we have played a key role in raising the profile of this approach across the Northwest.

We have recently produced a new video that gives a high-level overview of our approach and successes and features the ‘Bringing the River Irk to Life’ project as an example case study.
